SUNDAY 23/11/2008 CUP GAME

WANDLE WANDERERS – 3 SOUTH EAST ELITE - 1

Wandle Wanderers continued on their cup run with a 3-1 win over the unbeaten D league leaders South East Elite.
Once again Wandle had to overcome very muddy and sticky conditions to win this.
Although South east scored first this was against the run of play with Wandle wasting several chances due to the conditions.
It took a fine goal from Felix Foss to get back level and then Wandle took charge and never really looked like losing.
The other 2 goals came from Kyle Taylor – Hutton and Calum Macdonald who run Himself into the ground with a non-stop performance.
Man of the Match went to the superb performance of the Captain for the day Robert Cotter who was just different class.
