Murid has trained with the side patiently and now his time has come to step up and become part of Wandle's playing staff.
Murid is like a sponge he listens and learns and has the right attitude to make himself number one keeper.
Has raw abillity at the moment but i see a very good goalkeeper in Murid.

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
