Harry is a very good keeper.Showed a lot of improvement towards the end of last season.He is also able to score some great goals from his goal mouth.Needs to believe in himself and realise how good he is.

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
