Overall this was a match that had two sides. First half was very close and very good, I enjoyed the speed the movement passing and all of the competitive edge the game had, but second half was not as strong and seemed to lack that passion to win the ball and attack.
Everyone first half played well, passing was good, movement was good, the passion to push and get into attacking positions was great, we dominated the attack throughout the first half, they luckily scored just near half time but a freak goal in which we just did not push out of defence, but it happens.

Second half was not as strong; we did not push to attack and when we did, we did not utilize the space that we had made effectively. Our passing and movement was not as good but the main area of let down may have been our initial touch or our first movements.

As a whole the game was close and the opposition was very good and we enjoyed the match but as players and from the side it looked a little sloppy through some of the passing, first touches and shots. I am not a very superstitious person but we have had a running history that every second home game on the trot we have lost, it happened at the start of the season and still happens now. So it could be that but we will one day break that.

Again we are still young and this is the fun side of football the unpredictability. I was impressed to see even through a hard performance you still kept your heads up and kept going, not bad and this is another thing we will bounce back from and learn from.

Hope to see you all Saturday and have a good week at school.

Thanks

Josh
